Well, There’s Always Next Season

My team, the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes, was recently eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs in the Eastern Conference Finals by last year’s champion, the Florida Panthers. It’s disappointing, but hopefully the team will use their own disappointment to fuel a Stanley Cup-winning playoff run next season. In the meantime, I can always enjoy watching the Charlestown Chiefs win the Federal League title in the greatest hockey movie of all time and arguably a contender for the greatest sports movie of all time.
