Margaritas with Archer

“The World’s Greatest Spy,” Sterling Archer (voiced by H. Jon Benjamin), has some very strong views on crafting the perfect, classic margarita. And while I recently got to sample some delicious, delightful, and refreshing “signature” margaritas on Santa Fe’s Margarita Trail, I can’t disagree with Archer on the essential ingredients of a classic margarita.
Below is a link to an Archer-themed video on this well-loved cocktail. While Cinco de Mayo has passed, Memorial Day is basically the official start of the summer vacation season. I can’t think of a better way to kick off the summer than enjoying a margarita from a beachfront or lakefront balcony, on a boat (No drunk boating!), or the porch or deck off of a mountain or desert cabin. So check out the video and get to shaking. Well, that or take advantage of the services of your friendly neighborhood bartender.
