As I have mentioned before on this blog (https://www.apirateontheprairie.com/post/shagging-on-the-beach-and-the-boulevard) (https://www.apirateontheprairie.com/post/opposites-can-and-often-do-attract), I am not a dancer. I don’t look forward to the prospect of a night out spent dancing. If I go out to a bar or a club, I would much rather sit or stand and just listen to the music rather than getting out on the dance floor. But I rather enjoy this song and the music video.

While I may have heard the song before, I mostly remember it because it was on the jukebox where a girlfriend used to work, she liked it, she used to play it, and I came to like it as well. And as I have said before, I’m generally not opposed to dancing when it’s just the two of us.

You may or may not know that Dan Seals was once part of the musical duo, England Dan & John Ford Coley. He was also the younger brother of Jim Seals of Seals and Crofts fame.
