Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer. While you can journey to somewhere warm and tropical at any time of year if you have the time and the means, summer is the season traditionally recognized as beach season in the United States. But what if you are not ready to give up on your coastal or tropical dreams? What if the pirate in your heart and soul is not ready for dry dock? What is a restless freebooter to do? Maybe a taste of the pirate life (and perhaps some Jimmy Buffett music) will hold you over until your next visit to a coastal or tropical paradise.
