Team Building in a Dungeon?

Baron de Ropp of the Dungeon Masterpiece YouTube channel discusses the utility of using Dungeons & Dragons or D&D (and, by logical extension, other tabletop roleplaying games or TTRPGs) for fun, team-building exercises. While this particular video references the effects that the COVID-19 pandemic had on the workplace, remote employees are still a part of the workforce and being able to include them in team-building activities is still something that businesses and organizations might want to do. It’s interesting to consider that someone with the right skills, experience, and education/training might be able to incorporate their TTRPG hobby in providing such team-building services to businesses and organizations.
