It’s easy to get lost in feelings of nostalgia and engage in rumination. Seductive even. But not terribly productive. Not necessarily great for one’s emotional health and wellbeing. But easy. Perhaps too easy. This song speaks to finding a reminder of events in the past that have the potential to stir one’s emotions. As can be noted from the music video (click link below), sometimes things are better left in the past and sometimes the memories can warm one’s heart.
