Can I Borrow the Time Machine?

I want a time machine. Sure, I would enjoy being a time traveling tourist going back in time to witness historical events of great significance. And I might even be tempted to pay a younger me a visit and give myself a heads-up on a few matters and offer myself some cautions or words of wisdom. I could possibly change the past and create a more exciting, profitable, and satisfying future à la Hot Tub Time Machine (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mkJ1MbCxBc8). But right now, I have a simple dream.

I want to go back to the 1980s and pick up a few things. Specifically, I want to pick up a few boxes of Matilda Bay Coolers, some 1-liter and 2-liter bottles of Sun Country Wine Cooler, some varieties of Bartles & Jaymes wine coolers, a couple Coors Light Party Balls, a boombox, and some mixtapes. And maybe those Freedom Rock CDs. Then I want to have a party. Alternately, I want to take a time travel vacation in the late 80s for a long weekend or even a couple weeks. With a time machine I could get away for a while and return just seconds after I left. 😄
