I, myself, have been guilty of holding a torch for someone that willingly put me in the rearview mirror. No problem, I suppose, so long as you don’t miss out on another meaningful relationship or forego accepting an opportunity. Life’s too short and people and opportunities may not wait or revisit you. With that being said, I really like this song.

However, I have one friendly word of advice. It isn’t keeping with the bare minimum of OPSEC or operations security to let people reaching your answering machine or voicemail message know that you are at the ballgame on Friday night and will be at the lake all weekend. 😉
